How I Deliver Your Stuff (Important!)

I do not email the files themselves. Rather, I email download instructions so you can snag your stuff from the website (the site supports the use of most download managers, too, if you use one).

I check email at least daily, so I fill every Cumberland order within 36 hours of payment. Most orders are filled much more quickly (I think my record is 40 seconds, but 6-7 hours is common). If 36 hours have passed and your order seems not to have been filled, and you've confirmed that it isn't in a spam-filter folder, there has been a technical error or I'm dead in a ditch. Ordering on a Windows CD

If you prefer to receive your titles on a Windows CD, there is an additional charge of $5, which covers the price of the disk, the CD burning time, and shipping to anywhere in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. If you live elsewhere, email me to inquire about shipping costs. If you buy more than one Cumberland title at the same time, they can all be burned onto the same CD at no extra charge. I also throw on a directory full of freebies (all the free downloads on this site and at The Blue Room, plus archives of freebies no longer available at either site). If you just want the freebie archive, order the CD alone for $5. Either way, be sure to specify your shipping address.

The Complete Library CD

The Complete Library is a discount bundle of everything Cumberland publishes at the moment, all at once. It's only available on CD, so the price is all-inclusive (no need to add a separate $5 CD charge).
