| Fly From Evil is a game of hardboiled crime and mystery,
inspired by the works of Dashiell Hammett, Raymond Chandler, Erle Stanley
Gardner, and the gangster and private eye films & radio dramas of the
1920s, 30s and 40s. FFE is set in the period from 1920 to
the beginning of the Cold War.
The game includes a sourcebook for the city of San Francisco, a guide to the hardboiled crime genre and era, a complete guide to adventure-writing and GMing for the genre, sample adventure material, an extensive bibliography and film guide, and more. It's designed, written and produced by S. John Ross, author of Uresia: Grave of Heaven, GURPS Russia, Among the Clans and others. Fly From Evil is currently in playtest and development.
